There is a system to this site that will allow you to give an OP some rep if you think that they deserve it.

Notice the + / -

If you click the + you will give the OP some Good Rep

If you click the - you will give the OP some Bad Rep

And thats it..............Remember tho only give Good Rep if you feel the OP deserves it and don't give bad Rep out of spite.
